I found both Andrea Gregory, who was very knowledgeable and talked me through my options, and in particular Lorraine Kavanagh, who babysat my application and kept the pressure on Royal London to expedite the application to meet our deadlines, to be excellent. Lorraine kept communicating with us and with Royal London so we knew as far as we could where we were with our application.
